CyberCoders is Hiring a Roofing Project Manager Near Santa Barbara, CA
We have been serving commercial and residential customers throughout the area for 25 years. We are skilled in all aspects of roofing, with no job to big or too small. Recently, we have completed some of the most beautiful wineries and hotels in our local area as well as re-coating/roofing mobile homes. We are a C39 roofing contractor, insured with references provided, and are Licensed by the State of California.
What You Will Be Doing
Primary Duties:
- Manage successful installations of all solar and electrical projects in the Santa Barbara and Ventura territory
- Confirm labor budgets prior to commencement of work to ensure project labor budgets are met.
- Review upcoming project schedule and ensure all materials are accounted for
- Maintain an inventory of commonly used materials for crew trucks to reduce and minimize truck rolls. Ensure yard managers are stocking materials needed for jobs.
What You Need for this Position
Residential Roofing project management experience
Residential or Commercial/Industrial roofing experience preferred
Low Slope roofing experience
Shingles experience
Language:
English (Required)
Spanish (Preferred)
What's In It for You
- 85k-125k base salary dependent on experience
401K / Profit sharing plan: 4% company match. After 90 days this is offered and there are potential for Profit sharing to happen at which there is a 20% vesting period for every yr until 5 years where your 100% invested.
Company Reimbursements and Use of Assets: $50 phone allowance and Health benefits as outlined in your healthcare package. (Or provided company phone and plan will also be an option.
